David Sundberg was commissioned to photograph 35 XV, a mixed-use residential project by FXCollaborative. The project, which consists of 15 stories of luxury condos, perched on the foundation of St. Xavier High School’s new expansion, recently won a 2019 AIANY Design Merit Award.
